Approved by National Travel Bureau and established in 1994, China International Forest Travel Service integrates the travel, business, training and ecological primary products and is invested by China Forestry International Cooperation (group) Co. supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. By the end of 2003, the total assets of the enterprise was RMB 0.24 billion, is has three fully invested companies-Beijing Forest Travel Aviation Service Center, Linhai International Technology Communion Center and Beijing Linhai Decoration Center as well as the four holding enterprises-Hangzhou Qiandao Lake Development Co. Ltd, She County Piyun Mountain Lodge Hotel Co., Ltd, Huangshan Ancient Huizhou Culture Travel Development Co., Ltd.

The main businesses of the service are: develop the key national forest park travel programs and tour scenery spot construction; organize the international and national tours; organize international technology communion and training, develop forest ecological travel, such as the wild animal tour, nature photography, altiplano and desert exploration, international sports hunting and so on; tickets service of aviation, railway and shipping; the development, production and sales of ecological primary products; operation of hotels and restaurants and the trade of farm and forest products.

Nature Adventure Department is one of the most important operational departments in China International Forest Travel Service. The department was founded in the year of 1996 and began to operate the international hunting business firstly in China.
