Named for British sportsman St. George Littledale, the
Littledale sheep, if not the largest, is one of the finest of argali-sheeps.Its
massive, spiraling horns, although running the larger argali sheep Ovis
ammon ammon a close second, have all qualities of a fine head. It appears
to be the lowest of all the "low-brow" sheep.
China is the only place where Littledale argali hunt is
available. This hunt has only been permitted since 1993 and will increase
a valuable wild sheep to your collection. Only some noted hunters have
this species of Argali in their trophy rooms. In addition, the view of
Tian Shan is also fascinating.
